We provide a choice of two delivery options for our main mobility products.You can choose either ‘Standard' or ‘Premium' Delivery. Each service is explained below so all you have to do is select the type of delivery you would like during the check- out process.

We will normally get your new mobility products to you within 7 working days but may achieve this quicker if required so don’t hesitate to ask us and we will do our best. For Scottish Highlands and non-mainland addresses there may be additional charges for deliveries.

Premium Delivery – (Delivery, Assembly and Demonstration)
All of our main products are available with our "Premium Delivery" service. If you choose this option your new mobility scooter will be delivered to your door and assembled for you. Our trained delivery representative will make any personal adjustments to suit your needs and go through the controls and operation of the mobility product. They will show you how to look after it including storing, charging and maintenance. They will ensure you are entirely happy with your mobility product before they leave and can even take the packaging away if you want them to.

Standard Delivery
If you are confident that you understand the basics of the mobility product you have ordered and feel capable of assembling it then you can choose our ‘Standard Delivery’ option. Select this option if you are confident you can un-box and assemble your new mobility product and have the means to dispose of the packaging.
